Title: Part-Time Scheduler

Position Description

• Enterris Associates is seeking a Part-Time Scheduler with strong Oracle Primavera P6, Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC), and Unifier PMIS expertise to support an airport program.

Essential Job Duties

• Develops, updates, and maintains baseline and monthly progress schedules in Oracle Primavera P6 and Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC).
• Reviews contractor schedule submittals, including baseline schedules, monthly updates, recovery schedules, and time impact analyses, for compliance with contract requirements and reports findings.
• Tracks the critical path, float, and milestones, and identifies schedule risks and delays.
• Prepares look-ahead schedules, variance reports, and schedule status reports for project managers and stakeholders.
• Maintains schedule integrity, including logic, constraints, calendars, coding structures, and resource or cost loading.
• Manages schedule data and workflows in Unifier PMIS.
• Supports the airport's transition toward Unifier, including data validation, process documentation, and user support.
• Coordinates with project managers, construction managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to gather progress information and takes part in scheduling and progress meetings.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Professional Experience Level/Other Quali cations

• 5 or more years of professional scheduling experience on construction or capital improvement projects, with airport or public agency experience preferred.
• Demonstrated experience developing, reviewing, and analyzing CPM schedules, including delay analysis.
• Experience supporting a system or platform transition is a plus.
• Ability to work independently on a part-time schedule and meet reporting deadlines.

Hardware/Software Knowledge

• Strong proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6, Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC), and Unifier PMIS.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

Compensation

• This role is salaried/exempt with a base annual salary range of $100,000.00 - $119,600.00 and commensurate with skill, education, experience, and work location.

Work Environment

• This job operates in a professional environment and uses standard equipment such as computers and phones.

Physical Demands

• Be able to sit and/or stand for up to 8 hours per day.
• Demonstrate the ability to move freely for up to 8 hours per day.
