Responsibilities Conduct in‑person marketing with prospective and current owners within resorts. Schedule guests to meet a representative for a sales presentation. Act as a positive and professional brand ambassador for Travel + Leisure Co. Collaborate with resort staff to receive arrival sheets of guests checking in. Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines. Make sales‑tour reservations and collect required deposits. Distribute parking passes, activity schedules, and area brochures to guests. Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales presentation, ensuring compliance with all company policies, regulatory requirements, and minimum performance goals. Attend scheduled training sessions, departmental meetings, and stay current on marketing information, materials, and industry trends. Set and review performance goals weekly, monthly, and annually, and meet production standards on a weekly basis. Qualifications 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience preferred (not required). Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, general computer skills, and use of smart devices. Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space. Availability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
