The George House Agency with Farmers Insurance, is a captive agency with exclusive access to a top-rated carrier's full product suite auto, home, life, and commercial lines. We've built our operation around 2 marketing strategies: cross selling to our clients and internet-generated leads: real-time inquiries from people actively shopping for coverage right now.

Minimum monthly sales targets are $10,000 in P&C premium with 1 Life policy. Very low sales targets!

Pay Structure: Base is $22 an hour, which is $45,000+ a year. You will also earn commissions on all policies you sell.

Monthly bonus and annual renewal bonuses are available as well!

Your job is simple to describe and demanding to execute: receive inbound internet leads, reach out within minutes, understand the prospect's situation, present the right solution, and close. You'll work a structured pipeline through our CRM, handle your own follow-up cadences, and build lasting relationships that generate referrals and policy reviews over time.

This is not a cold-call role. Every lead has already raised their hand. What separates top earners here is speed, consistency, and the ability to run a real consultative conversation by phone and text.

Responsibilities

Respond to internet leads within seconds of receipt phone, text, and email outreach on every new submission

• Free leads and sales opportunities

Run discovery conversations to understand each client's coverage needs, risk profile, and budget

Quote, present, and bind policies across auto, home, life, and umbrella lines

Maintain a disciplined follow-up system in the CRM notes, tasks, and pipeline stages kept current daily

Hit monthly new-policy targets and maintain retention metrics on your growing book

Conduct annual policy reviews to identify gaps, add lines, and deepen client relationships

Solicit referrals proactively from satisfied clients and deliver a service experience worth talking about

Requirements

Active P&C insurance license in Nevada

13+ years of sales experience insurance preferred, but we'll train the right person from any consultative sales background

Proven ability to work inbound leads at pace you understand that speed is the first advantage

Comfortable and effective on the phone you can build rapport fast, handle objections calmly, and ask for the business

CRM-disciplined: you log everything, work your tasks, and don't let leads age in silence

Self-motivated and accountable you're energized by a quota, not intimidated by it

Strong written communication your texts and emails are concise, professional, and follow up when they say they will
