This onsite role supports students beginning as soon as possible and continues through June 11, offering you the chance to make a difference across two engaging campuses.

As a therapist in this educational environment, you’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, work closely with families, and create tailored interventions that foster growth for children with developmental disabilities.

Qualifications:

• Valid California Occupational Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure under the California Occupational Therapy Practice Act
• Minimum of two years’ clinical experience in pediatric therapy, ideally with a focus on developmental disabilities
• Preferred background working within educational environments
• Strong collaborative skills and established success supporting families and teams
• Commitment to onsite service delivery (remote, hybrid, or virtual options not available)

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students’ motor and functional abilities to determine individualized therapy needs
• Develop and implement evidence-based intervention plans
• Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers to maximize student outcomes
• Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Provide direct therapy and monitoring services for a diverse student population across both Piedmont Hills School and McCollam Center

This is a full-time schedule with 37.5 hours per week, allowing for deep engagement and positive impact on students’ daily lives.
