SIMPLIFI CLINICAL INTERVIEWINGMinimum experience: 2 years of ICU experience Required Licensure/Certs: ACLS, BLS, TNCC, NIH, & must pass Traveler Telemetry Competency ExamSkills required: Cardiac drip titration, Vent management, Central line management, Airway management, EPIC experienceWill you accept a first-time traveler? YesPatient Types: Vents, Sepsis, Respiratory failure, No Neuro on this unit, no cardiac patients requiring intervention (patients needing Cath lab will go to Deaconess) Patient Ratios: 1:2-3 dependent on acuity (PCU and ICU)EMR: EPIC (experience required)Floating: Med Surg or as Helping Hands in EDWeekend rotation: every other weekend No call Scrub Color: Any123 total bed Level 3 Trauma Center, 10 flexed beds in this combined PCU/ICU unit
