Accounting Representative IIIThe Accounting Representative III supports Customer Accounting and Customer Service operations within the Business Office. This role ensures accurate financial processing, assists front-line customer service representatives, and provides support to the Call Center Department as needed to maintain efficient and effective customer service delivery.The ideal candidate has strong cash-handling experience, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service SupportProvide support to front-line customer service representativesAssist in managing and resolving customer inquiries and complaintsSupport Call Center operations as neededCash Handling & ReconciliationPerform daily cash handling dutiesBalance and reconcile cash transactions accuratelyAssist with kiosk and payment processing transactionsMaintain accountability and accuracy in all financial activitiesAdministrative SupportMaintain a safe and professional working environmentAssist with data entry and record maintenanceUtilize Microsoft Office applications to support daily operationsEducation & Experience RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum three (3) years of customer service experience requiredProficiency in: Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft ExcelStrong typing and data entry skillsBilingual candidates encouraged to applySpanish fluency highly preferredKnowledge, Skills & AbilitiesStrong customer service and interpersonal communication skillsProven accuracy and accountability in cash handlingSolid computer literacy and ability to quickly learn new systemsEffective written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail
