Job Description
Part of the Supply and Demand Planning Team, responsible for ensuring availability of raw materials and finished goods to support manufacturing and distribution operations.
Balance supply and demand, optimize inventory levels, and collaborate cross-functionally to support business continuity, financial objectives, and company growth.
Apply extensive knowledge of complex blood and plasma processing, manufacturing requirements, market needs, regulatory requirements, and supply chain constraints.
Analyze potential supply disruptions and develop contingency plans and alternative strategies to protect production and customer delivery.
Support global supply planning by balancing production requirements with manufacturing capacity across global operations.
Ensure appropriate processes, controls, reporting, and systems are in place to respond to changing demand while optimizing revenue, production throughput, efficiency, and on-time delivery.
