Salary:
$130,000-$140,000 base salary + discretionary bonus and full benefits package

Job Summary

Our client is seeking a hands-on IT Manager to oversee internal IT operations, infrastructure, and support teams across multiple office locations. This role will lead a team of IT support professionals while helping drive infrastructure improvements, cybersecurity initiatives, Microsoft 365/Azure administration, endpoint management, and operational scalability within a growing organization.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day IT operations and infrastructure support
• Manage Microsoft 365, Azure, and Microsoft Intune environments
• Lead cybersecurity, compliance, vulnerability remediation, and risk management initiatives
• Administer and maintain Microsoft Defender, DLP policies/rules, and NAC solutions
• Troubleshoot escalated technical issues and support infrastructure projects
• Assist with disaster recovery and business continuity planning
• Partner with leadership on IT strategy, process improvements, and scaling initiatives
• Support hardware and software implementation, deployment, and lifecycle management for end users
• Support office expansions, system rollouts, and operational improvements

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive IT experience including leadership responsibilities
• Prior experience managing IT operations and support teams
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, networking, and IT infrastructure
• Experience with vulnerability management remediation, DLP rules, Microsoft Defender, and NAC solutions
• Experience supporting hardware/software rollouts and end-user device management
• Experience supporting multi-location environments
• Knowledge of cybersecurity and compliance best practices
• MSP experience strongly preferred
• Relevant certifications are a plus (e.g., CISSP, Azure Solutions Architect, ITIL)
