Team Leader

Team Leader Promotes and maintains warehouse productivity and efficiencies by working as a direct floor leader. Benefits you can count on Pay Rate: $22.25 per hour. 9pm start time, Sunday-Thursday. What you'll do as a Team Leader Verify and record quantity, identity, availability, and condition of product; research out-of-stocks, shortages, and replenishment issues. Select, pull, sort, and stack product using power equipment or by hand. Shrink-wrap and label outgoing orders and remove shrink wrap from incoming orders. Coordinate warehouse labor (e.g., start of shift, vacation, and sick calls). Perform additional duties; special projects may be assigned. Qualifications you’ll bring At least 18 years of age. High School Diploma or GED preferred. 1+ year of distribution warehouse experience, including operation of reach truck, pallet jack, and forklift. Supervisory experience. Basic computer skills. Ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. Fit the following? We want you here!
