This role is part of a highly energized, fast‑paced team responsible for customer support, order management, and business operations. The successful candidate will bring analytical and critical‑thinking skills to understand complex business processes and solve problems. The role requires presence in the office approximately three days per week. Responsibilities Support customer service operations and manage order processing. Analyze business processes to identify improvements and implement solutions. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across the organization. Qualifications Strong analytical and critical‑thinking skills to understand complex business processes. Experience in customer support, order management or business operations is preferred. Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to work in the Frederick office approximately three days per week. Benefits and Compensation Total compensation ranges from $56,000 to $75,000, inclusive of base salary and variable pay when applicable.
