Job Description What you will be doing: Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans. Provide skilled occupational therapy services to patients with diverse medical conditions and disabilities. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care. Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Ensure compliance with professional standards, hospital policies, and state regulations. Experience you will need: Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program. Current Oregon Occupational Therapist License or eligibility to obtain prior to hire. BLS Certification from the American Heart Association upon hire. Specialized occupational therapy training may be required depending on departmental needs. Minimum 1-2 years of occupational therapy experience preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
