Role Overview Plans and conducts treatment programs to improve patients' physical, social, and mental functions, serving as a co-leader within an interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities Performs evaluations to ensure quality standards, utilizing clinical techniques to develop individualized treatment plans. Provides therapy interventions following established protocols and communicates care and discharge plans effectively. Completes accurate clinical documentation within designated deadlines. Supervises assigned assistants and performs additional duties as needed. Qualifications & Skills Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD); licensed in applicable states. Valid Occupational Therapy license, CPR/BLS certification, and a valid driver’s license. Strong clinical assessment and intervention skills, documentation accuracy, and ability to collaborate within a team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
