Accounts Receivable Specialist

Position: Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist – Torrance, CA Monday - Friday Flexible start times 6am and after Pay rate: $30.00 and up / DOE We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist to join our client's growing team. This role supports a business unit providing third-party logistics services to external clients, focusing on managing accounts, resolving outstanding balances, and improving AR processes. Responsibilities Apply cash receipts and reconcile customer accounts Research discrepancies, chargebacks, and short payments Resolve customer inquiries and internal AR issues Review and release orders on credit hold Process debit and credit memos Assist with month-end close and audits Train new team members and support AR team initiatives Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations Qualifications 3–6 years of AR experience, including credit and collections Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred ERP experience (Oracle preferred) and advanced Excel skills Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Independent, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities Excellent communication and teamwork abilities If you are good in AR & Excel and have recent solid work history, please apply now! #J-18808-Ljbffr
