Accounting Assistant Details:
- Contract to Hire position
- $ 23.00 / annually
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)
- Accounts Receivable
- Accounts Payable
- GL, Financial Reporting and other Accounting related tasks
- Assisting subsidiary entity's accounting functions including monthly closing activities
Accounting Assistant Qualifications:
- 2 or more years of work experience in Accounting preferably both AP and AR
- 2 or more years of Oracle experience preferred, or other business accounting software such as AS400 or SAP
- AR collection experience
- Advanced level knowledge in MS Excel
- Bilingual Spanish a plus, but not required
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
