Capital Area Pediatrics provides accessible, comprehensive pediatric care across six practice locations in Northern Virginia. Families have trusted our practice for generations for care ranging from preventive and acute medicine to lactation support and behavioral health services. Position Highlights
We are seeking a Board Certified / Board Eligible Pediatrician to join our team at the Sleepy Hollow office in Falls Church, Virginia. This full-time position offers a 4-day clinical workweek , promoting strong work-life balance while ensuring continuity of care for our patients. Participation in shared call and weekend coverage is expected.

Qualifications
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics.
- Valid Virginia medical license (or ability to obtain).
- Strong clinical skills with a patient-centered approach.
- Excellent communication and collaborative team skills.
