We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Front Desk representative to join the team. As a Front Desk Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our residents. You will greet residents, guests, contractors etc. as they arrive, answer phone calls and enforce association rules. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication and is capable of multitasking. Responsibilities
- Greet customers as they arrive and provide an excellent customer experience
- Answer phone calls and take detailed messages
- Maintain a clean and inviting environment
- Provide general customer service
- Watch security cameras
- Excellent communication skills with a commitment to customer service
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
