Job descriptionFairway Staffing is Hiring Bilingual Recruiters!We need your help. Any interested candidates are welcome to send their resumes to:We currently need bilingual recruiters in our Ontario BranchWe are a fast-growing company and need all the help we can get from YOU!We are looking for a Staffing Agency Recruiter to source, interview and select qualified job candidates for our clients.Staffing Agency Recruiter responsibilities include evaluating applications and providing shortlists of qualified candidates based on established criteria. To be successful in this role, you should have experience filling a variety of jobs for different departments and seniority levels.Ultimately, you will help our clients reduce time to hire by providing high-quality candidates in a timely manner.Staffing Agency Recruiter responsibilities include:Conducting intake meetings with clients to agree on qualification criteria for candidatesSourcing and contacting passive candidates onlineResponsibilitiesConduct intake meetings with clients to agree on qualification criteria for candidatesSource and contact passive candidates onlineNetwork with candidates offline during job fairsScreen resumes and job applicationsInterview candidates and provide shortlists of qualified potential hiresUpdate clients on hiring status (e.g. number of screened candidates)Prepare candidates before interviews with clientsCreate talent pipelines with high-potential candidates for future job opportunitiesKeep detailed records of past applicants' information, including resumes, assignments and interview evaluationsManage a portfolio of clients and maintain good relationships with themRequirementsProven work experience as a Staffing Agency Recruiter, Recruiter or similar roleAbility to manage the first hiring stages (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing)Experience with various interview formats, including phone screening calls, in-person interviews and group interviewsExperience evaluating candidates for various roles and seniority levelsKnowledge of resume databases and Applicant Tracking SystemsExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsSolid organizational and time-management abilitiesMust be bilingual / Spanish & English speaking
