Title Policy Specialist

Are you an experienced title professional with exceptional administrative skills and a sharp eye for detail? Randstad is partnering with a prestigious, nationwide title insurance company in Boca Raton to find a skilled Title Policy Specialist.

In this role, you won't just be typing—you will be the final line of defense in reviewing, billing, and finalizing lender, owner, and other final title policies. A comprehensive background check, drug screen, and credit check will be required prior to onboarding.  

Location: Boca Raton, FL (On-site) Job Type: Temporary-to-Hire Schedule: 8:30am - 5:00pm (Monday - Friday) Salary: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour (Based on experience) Start Date: Immediate

Qualifications & Skills Required

• Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of experience working directly with title policies, legal descriptions, easements, leases, and vesting issues.
• Technical Skills: Outstanding keyboarding/typing skills; high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
• Industry Knowledge: working knowledge of title information, legal terminology, and closing documentation.
• Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and a collaborative, positive attitude.
• Flexibility: Ability to work overtime as requested and approved by leadership.

Responsibilities

• Policy Production: Type, review, and finalize all products offered within the department (including final policies, replacement policies, and servicing policies).
• Document Review: Examine closing documents and commitments provided by the closing group/agents for completeness, accuracy, and missing lien clearance items.
• Queue Management: Actively manage work queues, monitor the receipt of funds prior to policy issuance, and ensure timely delivery to customers within client service level agreements.
• Reporting & Auditing: Run and understand various client reports to keep order flows moving and eliminate aged open orders.
• Customer Service: Handle general internal customer inquiries independently via email or managed group mailboxes, resolving problem files or escalating them appropriately.
• Collaboration: Meet or exceed minimum production goals while maintaining positive, professional relationships with peers, management, and vendors.
