System Analyst (Yardi)

Join a growing multifamily real estate organization where you'll drive operational excellence through technology and data as a Systems Analyst & Training Coordinator . In this role, you'll lead the administration, optimization, and training of Yardi, RealPage, and other property management systems, empowering teams with data-driven insights, improving workflows, and supporting business performance across a diverse real estate portfolio. Salary: $75,000–$95,000 annually, depending on experience. Qualifications 3+ years of recent experience with Yardi , RealPage , or similar property management software in a multifamily or property management environment Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with experience in reporting, database management, and systems administration Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to travel locally as needed Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field preferred Key Responsibilities Administer and optimize Yardi and RealPage systems, including user access, security roles, property setup, and Help Desk support Deliver system training, onboarding, and ongoing user support to improve adoption and operational efficiency Analyze financial, operational, occupancy, and leasing data to support business and portfolio performance Build and enhance reports, dashboards, and workflows using Excel, SQL, and business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI Partner with accounting, operations, and asset management teams to improve processes, system integrations, and reporting capabilities Recommend and implement system enhancements that improve efficiency, data accuracy, and user experience Make an Impact If you enjoy combining technology, analytics, and training to improve business operations, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a growing multifamily real estate organization.
