JOB SUMMARY

Four Square/TRE, an established injection molding manufacturer located in Conklin, NY, is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Part-Time Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk to join our accounting team. In this role, you will support the day-to-day financial operations of the company by processing invoices, managing payments, monitoring customer accounts, and assisting with collections. This is an in-person position ideal for someone with bookkeeping experience who thrives in a structured, professional environment and takes pride in accuracy and organization. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Accounts Payable Process and sort incoming mail, including vendor invoices Perform accurate data entry for invoices and credits Process vendor payments in a timely manner Accounts Receivable Enter and record incoming customer payments Monitor and manage receivable accounts for accuracy Send monthly or periodic statements to customers Conduct collection calls on overdue accounts

ACCOUNTABILITIES

Monitor the Accounts Payable dashboard to track and manage upcoming payment obligations Monitor the Accounts Receivable dashboard to track upcoming and overdue customer balances Maintain accurate and organized financial records Communicate professionally with customers and vendors regarding account inquiries Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum of 2–4 years of accounts payable and/or receivable bookkeeping experience Proficiency with Microsoft Windows 10/11 and the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) Familiarity with Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Adobe Acrobat/PDF Reader Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Must be available Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Willingness to work overtime when requested by supervisor

MENTAL & VISUAL REQUIREMENTS

This role requires close mental and visual concentration to perform detailed bookkeeping, data entry, account monitoring, and professional communication with customers and suppliers.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
