Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Med/Surg Nights

Location: Fayetteville, North Carolina

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Shift: 7p - 7a

Sign On Bonus: $20,000

Salary Range: $56,160 - 87,497

Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join a dynamic team at a Health System in Fayetteville, NC. In this role, you will provide professional nursing care to patients, adhering closely to hospital policies and assuming charge nurse responsibilities as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement high-quality nursing care for patients in line with hospital policies.
• Undertake assigned charge nurse responsibilities effectively.
• Display positive interpersonal skills, excellent verbal and written communication, and efficient organizational and leadership abilities.
• Demonstrate expertise in addressing the physiological, psychosocial, developmental, and spiritual needs of patients within the specified demographic.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective organizational and leadership abilities.
• Understanding of age-specific patient needs.
• Clear speech and auditory acuity for patient communication.
• Visual acuity for patient observation.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift.
• Potential contact with blood or other infectious material may be involved.

Candidate Requirements
