Warehouse Support Clerk – Bloomingdale, IL

$20/Hour - $22/Hour+ Full Benefits

The  Warehouse Support Clerk plays an important role in keeping daily warehouse operations organized and running efficiently. This position combines hands-on warehouse support with back-end operational responsibilities, including maintaining accurate inventory information, processing documentation, coordinating with internal departments, and helping resolve discrepancies. It is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and wants to build experience in warehouse operations, inventory, and manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day operational support to the warehouse team
• Enter and maintain accurate inventory, shipment, receiving, and product information in company systems
• Prepare, organize, and maintain warehouse records, reports, packing documents, and other operational paperwork
• Review inventory and shipment information to identify discrepancies and coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues
• Assist with inventory counts, product labeling, and maintaining organized warehouse records
• Coordinate with purchasing, production, customer service, and other departments regarding orders, materials, and deliveries

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum one year in retail or similar fast-paced environment preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working with computers and learning new software systems
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is a plus
