Job Full Description Customer Service/Support Representative Local Medical Device Manufacturer is seeking a Full Time Customer Service Representative Pay: $16 - $18 / Hour Hours: Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM This is a Direct Hire Opportunity

In this role, you'll focus on keeping our customers satisfied by ensuring they stay up-to-date on the maintenance of their equipment. You'll be the friendly voice that reaches out to businesses and organizations, reminding them about scheduled maintenance requirements based on the manufacturer's Instructions for Use (IFU).
We're looking for someone who values building relationships, takes pride in their work, and wants to help ensure safety and reliability for the people we serve.
Job Duties:
Schedule: Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Pay $15.00-$17.00 Hour Depending on Experience.

- Provide timely notification to customers - phone and verbal
- Order Entry
- Handle order status calls
- Presenting Service Plans, Extended Warranties, Accessories to Customers
- Telephone and internet based sales and service
- Develop and expand relationships with customers
- High School Diploma or GED
- Detail Oriented
- Previous Call Center or Customer Service Position
- Ability to work alone or in a team
- Pleasant and Positive Attitude
Schedule: Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
