The ideal candidate will prioritize safety, quality assurance, and adherence to project schedules. As the primary point of contact on-site, the Foreman will ensure strict compliance with DIG, client, and local government regulations and standards.Responsibilities:As the Foreman, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of our projects. Your duties will include, but are not limited to, the following:Manage construction crews, subcontractors, and vendors to meet project deadlinesImplement and oversee quality control measuresEnsure subcontractors adhere to contractual obligationsIdentify and address safety and compliance issues promptlyMaintain accurate daily activity reportsCoordinate with the project team to resolve construction conflictsConduct regular site inspections and plan future activities accordinglyManage punch list identification and completionLead pre-construction meetings with subcontractorsProvide training and performance evaluations for crew membersFoster a culture of accountability and productivity among the crewConduct toolbox meetings and enforce safety protocolsDevelop and communicate work plans to the crewAddress challenges and adjust goals to meet production targetsPerform on-site assessments and oversee work executionPrepare and distribute critical reports and documentsQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; degree in relevant field a plusMinimum 3 years of experience in dry utility construction or related fieldProficiency in construction principles and blueprint interpretationFamiliarity with Microsoft Office Suite; Bid2Win software knowledge desirableValid driver's license and ability to pass federal background checkStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail and commitment to company core valuesPhysical Requirements:Ability to perform manual labor and lift up to 50 poundsCompensation:Competitive salary with bonusesComprehensive health, dental, and vision insurancePaid vacation and holidays401k retirement plan with company matchEqual Opportunity Employer:Digital Installation Group LLC is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating an inclusive work environment where all employees feel valued, respected, and encouraged to thrive.
