The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily production operations, ensuring product quality, food safety, and team performance while meeting production targets. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee multiple production lines, ensuring efficient and timely processing of raw materials into finished goods Supervise, coach, and hold team members accountable to production, quality, and safety standards Monitor employee attendance, performance, and compliance with meal and rest break policies Ensure staffing, materials, and equipment are aligned with production schedules Maintain compliance with food safety, quality, and company procedures Identify and address production issues in real time to minimize downtime Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams including QA, Maintenance, and Warehouse The Company Established in 2011, American Custom Meats is a state-of-the-art food processing company servicing the military, as well as regional and national foodservice and retail channels. 1. 3 years of supervisory experience in a production environment
2. 5 years of experience in food manufacturing preferred
