Contract | Night Shift | Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Transplant Med-Surg, Telemetry, and Step-Down Unit during night shift hours
• Monitor and assess transplant and telemetry patients, responding to changes in condition appropriately
• Assume intermittent charge nurse responsibilities as needed
• Participate in charge nurse training and shadowing opportunities as provided
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Experience in Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, or Step-Down Unit nursing
• Ability to work every other weekend (EOW) and every other holiday (EOH)
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a transplant nursing environment
• Previous charge nurse experience or demonstrated leadership skills
