This is an opportunity to join the leadership team as a Tax Partner, where you'll have the autonomy to grow your practice, strengthen client relationships and help shape the future direction of the firm. Whether your passion is developing people, expanding service offerings or building long-term client partnerships, you'll have the platform and support to do it.

What you'll be doing

• Serve as the trusted advisor to a portfolio of privately held businesses, entrepreneurs and high-net-worth clients.
• Lead complex tax planning strategies across a broad range of industries and entity types.
• Review and sign off on sophisticated tax engagements while maintaining the highest technical standards.
• Build lasting relationships with business owners and executive leadership teams, becoming their first call for strategic tax advice.
• Mentor, coach and develop the next generation of tax professionals, helping shape future firm leaders.
• Play an active role in recruiting, succession planning and developing a high-performing tax team.
• Drive practice growth through business development, referral relationships and expanding existing client engagements.
• Collaborate with fellow Partners on firm strategy, quality initiatives and long-term business planning.

What we're looking for

• CPA licence in good standing.
• 10-15+ years of progressive public accounting tax experience.
• Demonstrated success managing complex tax engagements and advising business owners.
• Proven ability to develop and grow client relationships.
• A track record of business development and generating new revenue for a CPA firm.
• Strong leadership experience with a passion for mentoring and developing teams.
• Excellent technical tax knowledge combined with commercial awareness and strategic thinking.
