HR Generalist: Payroll & Benefits Specialist

Marquette Senior Living in Indianapolis, IN seeks an HR Generalist to provide comprehensive HR support to our community, partnering with the HR Director on payroll, benefits administration, HRIS management, and department billing. You will process payroll changes, ensure timely submissions, administer benefits, manage HR records, and generate reports. Ideal candidates have an Associate degree in HR/Business and at least 2 years of payroll/HR experience, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office and #J-18808-Ljbffr Marquette Senior Living
