About us Hey Nouri is a venture-backed digital health company building a new model of care for kids and teens with obesity. We combine medical care, dietitian-led behavioral treatment, and technology into one integrated experience for families, covered by insurance across 20+ states. We're growing fast and tackling one of the largest unmet needs in pediatric healthcare. The role Join a founding team of operators and physicians from BCG, McKinsey, and Harvard Business School. You'll work directly with our Co-Founder across some of the company's highest-priority problems. This is a role for someone who wants to build and own. You'll move between strategy and execution - using data to figure out what we should do, then owning the work to make it happen. You will: Own strategic projects across growth, clinical operations, and company strategy Build analyses and models that inform capacity, unit economics, hiring, and expansion decisions Help run the company's operating cadence, including goals, key metrics, hiring priorities, and cross-functional initiatives Prepare strategic partner materials Take on high-priority problems that don't yet have a home and over time, grow into owning a meaningful part of the business Who you are 1-3 years at a top-tier consulting firm, investment bank, or similarly rigorous strategy or operating environment Exceptional analytical skills - you can build a model from a blank sheet and turn messy data into a clear answer Structured thinker and crisp written and verbal communicator High ownership and bias to action Curious about technology and product, and excited to use both to rethink how healthcare is delivered Healthcare or digital health experience is a plus, but not required Based in or willing to relocate to New York City Compensation: $100-125K plus equity and benefits Hey Nouri is an equal opportunity employer.
