We're a Tier 1 venture-backed startup (Y Combinator, Bessemer, 8VC, General Catalyst) that has raised over $20M and grown revenue over 17x over the past 12 months.

You have:

• previously been Chief of Staff at a high-growth tech company or have at least 4 years in a similar position driving outcomes for a venture-backed company
• A generalist's range, moving between strategy, execution, and the details without losing momentum
• Strong analytical and written communication skills
• A high degree of ownership and comfort operating autonomously in ambiguity
• The judgment to be trusted with sensitive information and to work closely with the founders

Growth: You will work directly with the founders on the highest-priority problems across the company, gaining exposure that few roles offer this early.

Impact: You will own projects that span operations, hiring, and go-to-market, and carry them through to results.

Equity: We want to bet on ourselves and our team.

What You'll Do:

• Work directly with the CEO to ensure the company's most important projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Own cross-functional projects end to end, filling gaps wherever the business needs it most.
• Turn ambiguous goals into plans, then into shipped outcomes.
• Prepare materials for the board, investors, and the team.
• Build the operating cadence that keeps a fast-growing company aligned.

The compensation for this position is determined by multiple factors, including prior experience and expertise. A competitive equity component will also be offered as part of the package.
