Private markets span thousands of GPs and trillions in assets under management; the industry stands at the brink of a seismic transformation driven by the convergence of evolving investor expectations and rise of emerging technologies.Strong preference for candidates in the NYC tri-state area.The RoleThe Chief of Staff works directly with our CEO on the most strategic initiatives across the business—fundraising, GTM, product prioritization, operations, and hiring. This is not a scoped, execution-only seat. You will sit in the room for the decisions that shape the company, own projects end to end, and build the judgment to eventually run a function of your own.
