About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to join its executive leadership team. The successful candidate will be a strategic and operational leader, responsible for driving the execution of high-priority projects, supporting institutional transformation, and ensuring seamless coordination across internal teams, the Board of Directors, and external stakeholders. This role requires a proactive individual with a background in executive-level support, organizational operations, and stakeholder engagement, who can handle complex situations and multiple responsibilities with a high level of organization and proactivity. The Chief of Staff will also be involved in promoting operational excellence, supporting process improvements, and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred) and a minimum of 7 years of experience in leading and executing projects to improve organizational operations. The role demands exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as strong written and verbal communication abilities.
