About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief of Staff and Senior Advisor to the CEO. This pivotal role demands a highly accomplished, strategic, and exceptionally organized individual to serve as a trusted executive partner and senior advisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for advancing organizational priorities, strengthening executive alignment, and ensuring disciplined execution across the organization. Key responsibilities include serving as a strategic advisor to the CEO, managing the CEO's calendar and strategic priorities, driving the execution of enterprise-wide initiatives, and coordinating executive team and board relations. The role also involves external affairs, executive operations, and special initiatives, requiring the ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and a strong commitment to the mission. Applicants for the Chief of Staff and Senior Advisor position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree, with a Master's degree strongly preferred, in a relevant field. A minimum of 10 years' of executive leadership or senior-level experience, particularly in mission-driven organizations, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a strategic advisor, executive project leader, and will possess exceptional communication, organizational, and political acumen. Experience with board governance, executive communications, and a strong proficiency in technology and executive systems are essential.
