Responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable Data Entry Specialist to join our back-office operations team. You will ensure the accuracy of financial data, process paperwork, and maintain digital records. The ideal candidate is fast, accurate, and committed to data confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Input financial data, client account details, and transaction info into databases with high accuracy.

• Review and process incoming account applications and administrative requests.

• Identify and correct data errors or missing info from source documents.

• Maintain digital files by scanning, uploading, and indexing compliance paperwork.

• Assist with database cleanup projects and safeguard sensitive financial data.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 1–2 years in data entry or administrative support (financial services/banking experience is a plus).

• Skills: High attention to detail. 

• Software: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Outlook); comfortable learning new databases.

• Compliance: Must pass a standard background and fingerprint screening.
