Court Specialist III or Official Records Specialist III – $16.15. Minimum qualifications: High School (or GED) plus three (3) years of recent and relevant experience, some vocational or college preferred; or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Court Specialist IV – $17.36. Minimum qualifications: High School (or GED) plus five (5) years of recent and relevant experience, some vocational or college preferred; or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
