Job Summary:
Tryfacta is seeking a LPN/LVN for our client in Vestal, NY 13850 . This is a 16-week contract assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please Apply Now!

Position Title: LPN/LVN
Location: Vestal, NY 13850
Duration: 16 weeks
Work Schedule: Night 3x12-Hour (18:45 - 07:15)

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Perform medication passes accurately and safely
Monitor and report changes in resident condition
Complete timely and accurate documentation
Provide nursing care in accordance with facility policies
Supervise CNAs on assigned units

*1 year plus of LTC experience, will accept clinicians with other recent specialty experience. Like rehab, med surg, hospital experience. *

First-Timers Accepted: Yes
Weekend REQ: Every other weekend required upon center request
Certs REQ: BLS
Will this traveler need to float between like units? N/A
