Key Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in Pennsylvania
• Demonstrated experience delivering services in a school setting
• Strong skills in conducting comprehensive physical therapy evaluations (evals)
• Knowledge of adaptive strategies for students receiving education at home
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for a homebound school-aged student
