Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapy (PT) license required
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of IEP processes and documentation
• Ability to effectively manage a full-time K-12 caseload
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills when collaborating with students, families, and school staff
• Adaptability to varied student needs and classroom environments

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct physical therapy services to students across K-12 grades, supporting a range of physical and developmental needs
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and document services to meet IEP requirements
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other school professionals to facilitate student access and participation in educational environments
• Provide consultative support to classroom teachers, recommending adaptive physical activities and accommodations
• Track progress, modify interventions as necessary, and actively participate in IEP meetings
• Maintain thorough and timely records in compliance with school and state guidelines
