Our client, a leading organization in the customer support industry, is seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join their team as Contact Center Employees in Daytona, Florida. As part of this dynamic team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and support to clients. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, ensuring success within the organization.

Job Title: Travel & Tourism Member Support- Remote

Location: Remote 

Pay Rate: $20.00 hourly

Shift: Flexible Shift

What's the Job?

• Provide outstanding customer service through various communication channels for the Travel & Tourism industry.
• Assist clients with inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving issues efficiently
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
• Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and processes
• Support the organization’s goals by demonstrating professionalism and a positive attitude

What's Needed?

• 2-3 Years of experience in Travel & Tourism PREFERRED
• Inbound/Outbound CSR Skills
• Strong technological computer skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable home workspace for remote work
• Previous experience in a contact center or customer service role is a plus
