LA or NY Employment Litigation Associate (Mid-Senior Level)

Job Overview Paul Hastings LLP is seeking a mid‑senior level associate for the Employment Law Department. Candidates may sit in our Los Angeles or New York office. Requirements Substantial litigation experience is required and employment litigation experience strongly preferred. Trade secret, covenants not to compete, pay equity or class action experience is a plus. Outstanding academic credentials and prior law firm experience are required. Salary The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $310,000 and a maximum of $435,000 annually.
