Job Overview A law firm seeks a mid to senior level Patent Litigation Associate to join its Intellectual Property and Technology group in New York. The successful candidate will engage with clients from diverse industries across the country. Duties Manage all aspects of patent litigation, including written discovery and brief writing. Conduct substantial depositions and participate in trials. Collaborate with clients and team members to develop case strategies. Requirements 6-8 years of patent litigation experience. Background in Electrical Engineering, Software, and/or Pharmaceutical sciences. Admitted to practice in New York. Experience at a national law firm preferred. Education Excellent academic credentials required. Certifications Admitted to the New York State Bar. Skills Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Self-motivated and flexible.
