Labor and Employment Associate Mid-Senior Level (Workplace Class Action Practice)

Duane Morris LLP has an opening for a mid-senior labor and employment associate to join its employment practice group in New York. The ideal candidate should have 6-8 years' of substantive experience in employment litigation and a desire for trial work. Experience in defending wage and hour claims, including wage and hour class action lawsuits, is desired. Superior academic and writing credentials along with New York bar admission required.
