Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $36.60 - $45.00 (based on education and experience)

What You'll Do:

• Assess and develop individualized therapy plans for pediatric patients aged 0-3 years
• Implement therapy interventions to support activities of daily living, sensory integration, neuromuscular, cognitive, and psychosocial development
• Educate and collaborate with families and caregivers on therapy strategies
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Provide consultative services for patients and their families
• Transition planning and discharge procedures to ensure smooth patient progression

What You Need:

• Valid Kansas State Licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Prior experience working with infants and young children preferred
• Strong knowledge of pediatric developmental milestones
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Certification in CPR (preferred)
