Their primary business partners will be front line to upper management levels plus team members. Will have visibility and input into entity specific compensation, leadership, and diversity board reporting. Assist and coach managers on employee relations issues. Counsel and advise management on escalated problem resolution and policy interpretation. Work successfully with HR Partnership team and centers of excellence on enterprise projects, initiatives or troubleshooting where needed.Address issues that arise and manage information that needs greater visibility and/or leadership's focused attention.
