Maintenance TechnicianWe are looking for a Maintenance Technician with a minimum of 1 to 3 years' experience in multifamily property maintenance. With your expertise and customer service skills you will be creating a wonderful place to live and work for the entire community.Job ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive maintenance as scheduled, while maintaining accurate records on Yardi Iphone AppComplete resident service requests and repairs in a professional and timely manner.Prepare vacant apartments for move-in performing repairs and inspections.
