processing requests about payments, orders, cancellations and returns
answering questions about our websites, products and the ordering process
handling feedback from our customers, continuously improving our offering and shopping experience
relevant experience in the field of customer care
passion for customer satisfaction and drive to provide premium customer experiences
excellent social and problem-solving skills
friendly, positive and motivated personality
fluency in Finnish, German, English, and Norwegian is a plus
