Chief Clinical Officer

Provide strategic leadership and executive oversight for all clinical programs and services. Lead and develop Clinical Directors and other clinical leaders while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence. Drive quality improvement, clinical innovation, and organizational performance. Ensure compliance with CARF, OhioMHAS, Medicaid, HIPAA, and other applicable regulatory standards. Collaborate with executive leadership to advance BHP's strategic goals and organizational growth. Build strong relationships with community partners, healthcare providers, and stakeholders to expand access to high-quality behavioral healthcare.
