Shift Detail: 7A-7:30P

Shift/Workdays: 7A-7:30P

Weekend: Every other

Call Requirements: No

Guaranteed Hours: 36 hrs

Special Skills/Experience required: 2 years +

Documentation system: Meditech

Floating policy: As needed

Skill Set:

Must have:

• ACLS
• BLS
• 2+ Years of Hospital Experience
• Cardiovascular Experience Required

Preferred Skills/Advanced Skills Needed:

• Experience with the following: Meditech
• Specialty/Unit Certifications Required: (RN) ACTIVE TX RN LICENSE - temp license will not be accepted
• Procedures performed on unit: Cardiac Caths, Post Op CABGs

Dress Code:

Scrub Color: RN: Royal blue with Medical City embroidery

Nail Policy Clean and Healthy, no artificial nails, gel, next gen, etc.

Hair - hair should be neat and clean with no extreme styles or colors. Beards, mustaches and sideburns should be clean and neatly trimmed. Hair must be pulled back if shoulder length or longer when working in the lab.

Tattoos Body art should be covered whenever possible. Body art that is not feasible to cover on a daily basis will be addressed individually.

Piercings Visible piercings other than ears is prohibited. This includes nose rings, tongue rings, etc.

Unit Guidelines/Policies:

Floating Guidelines: Float to sister step down unit and med surg units (reduced assignment on med surg units)

Attendance Policies: The company wide attendance policy will be followed.
