Tell us about the unit(s):

· Number of Beds - 10 LDRs, 2 OBED

· Number of Staff – 24 Bedside RNs

· Type of staff:

o Day Shift – Core: 3 RNs, 1 Scrub tech, 1 Unit Secretary

o Night Shift -

· Patient Ratios – 2:1, high risk – 1:1 or 2:1 if stable

· Type of equipment -

· EMR – CPN (Centricity), Meditech

Typical hiring profile

Skill Set Most recruited for:

Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

· Current Intermediate Fetal monitoring

· ACLS

· NRP

· BLS

· O.R. Circulator

Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.

· Bilingual

· Scrub tech skills

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):

· Cesarean sections

· BTLs/Salpingectomies

Best personality Fit:

· Open

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:

· C-EFM preferred but not required

Floating Area(s):

· Postpartum, medical floor (only as a tech)

Dress Code :

· Scrub Color/Attire - Royal Blue

Unit Guidelines/Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.

Weekends and On call(if any)

· 4 Weekend shifts/month
