Whether you're an experienced cook or have a passion for food and customer service, we'd love to meet you! Providing comprehensive food services with a focus on the highest quality and freshest ingredients, impeccable service and total value is the reputation we have earned and live up to everyday.Duties & Responsibilities:Please customers by providing a pleasant dining experienceAssemble, combine, and cook ingredientsMaintain a sanitary kitchenAttend to the detail and presentation of each orderPlace and expedite ordersPrepare ingredients by following recipes; slicing, cutting, chopping, mincing, stirring, whipping, and mixing ingredientsComplete hot meal preparation by grilling, sautéing, roasting, frying, and broiling ingredients and assembling and refrigerating cold ingredientsAdhere to proper food handling, sanitation, and safety proceduresMaintain appropriate dating, labeling, and rotation of all food itemsStores leftovers according to established standardsContribute to daily, holiday, and theme menus in collaboration with the teamRequirements:Previous cooking or food service experience preferredStrong working knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and safety and sanitation practicesExceptional food presentation skillsFamiliarity with general kitchen equipment and appliancesStrong work ethic and high energy levelBenefits:A family culture and atmosphereCompetitive compensationHealth, dental, vision, and life insurance for full-time team members401(k) with generous company matchPaid vacations and holidaysImmense training and growth opportunitiesFree meals during shifts workedTeam-oriented environmentWe conduct pre-employment drug testing.
